By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through HelpByEvenah.com and/or communicating with Evenah Johnson in any fashion, you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. Any information, communication and/or consultation with Evenah Johnson, The MeMyddleton Show Podcast, Omniec Publishers and/or via the HelpByEvenah.com website is not intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including, but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological. Evenah Johnson, The MeMyddleton Show Podcast, Omniec Publishers and HelpByEvenah.com does NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatment or therapy of any kind; legal or psychological or any other professional advice. Matters dealing with pregnancy and death will not be addressed. Evenah Johnson does not claim to be an expert in business management, financial planning or investment matters.

6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Evenah Johnson and HelpByEvenah.com, their heirs, relatives, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

7. Copyright and confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, display, share, distribute and/or archive any material, photo, content, etc without expressed written permission from Evenah Johnson, Owner and Publisher.

8. Social Media: You may share my content and videos on appropriate social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to share my content on other venues, please contact me.

9. Privacy Policy - It is important to state that privacy is paramount to me. I communicate with various people from various walks of life and professions that place their trust in me to be discrete. I will NOT break this trust, period!

10. Payment policies:

      * Readings are scheduled and paid for in advance.

      * Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund if the cancellation is in writing (to contact@helpbyevenah.com or helpbyevenah@gmail.com ) AND with a 24 hour 

notice.

      * Any cancellation due to notices less than 24 hours is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

      * You can reschedule your reading if you meet the qualifications by writing to me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

      * No notice, no refund.

11. All services offered by Evenah Johnson, The MeMyddleton Show Podcast, Omniec Publishers, and HelpByEvenah.com are for educational, spiritual, inspirational and entertainment purposes only.

12. You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and, of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.​
